Summary: The Courtyard Canopy had water damage due to roof leaks and was on the verge of collapsing. Our Scope of Work for the project:
- Removal of existing soffit material
- Install new metal stud framing for support of new exterior moisture resistant board
- Secure all stud framing to existing building structure for superior stability.
- Attach all new exterior board to framing and cut in all soffit penetrations.
- Install new EIFS material base coat to exposed board.
- Install new EIFS Top coat with medium bead finish.
- Paint new Soffit area to match color
Our next step was to repair the roof leaks by installing an Elastomeric Restoration to their EPDM Single Ply Roof System.
